Policies

We want everyone to have a pleasurable and relaxing visit at our facility. For the comfort and consideration of all customers, we enforce the following policies in our office:

–No children under 12 are permitted at any time.

     Children 12-18 are not permitted in the office unless they are receiving services, and these minors must be accompanied at all times by the parent or guardian.

–We have a no pets policy on our property.

     Service animals (ESAs are not considered service animals) are the only pets allowed on property and must be under control and on a leash at all times. Clients who require service animals must inform Kinetic Massage Works that they are bringing a service animal 24 hours prior to arrival.

–No strong scents please.  They will adhere to the therapists and then transfer to the next client.  We may have to refuse service in the case of strong scents.

–Any kind of smoke or marijuana odor will result in denial of service. 

Cancellation and Booking Policy

–A 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required or a 100% charge of the value of the service will be assessed.

–If you are running late, please contact us and you can receive the remainder of your scheduled time. If you are late your session will still end at the designated time as to not inconvenience the client after you.  

–An appointment that is late after 15 minutes and no notification is considered a no show, and a 100% charge of the value of the service will be assessed.  The therapist will then go on break. 

–A 60 minute missed appointment is a loss of 10% of our day–a missed 90 minute appointment is a loss of 15% of our day.  Please respect our time as we respect yours. 

–Appointment reminders are chosen at your discretion and can include text, email, and push notifications.  However, clients are held responsible for their own appointments whether or not they opt in for reminders.
