Every time we have a session the therapist will ask you about where your discomfort is how much pressure you’d like for this session. This doesn’t mean we don’t remember or care what we did last time–but that was the last massage and we expect that things have changed for you. We design each session as a stand alone session, tailored to match your needs at that time–each and every time.
Deep tissue, trigger point, gua-sha, sports massage, and cupping are just a few of the methods we use to alleviate pain and discomfort and aid you in a better, healthier, pain free life.
